Return, Exchange, Cancellation, and Order Modification Policy

This policy outlines the terms governing returns, exchanges, cancellations, and order modifications at Qofl Plus Store. The store is committed to providing a fair and transparent shopping experience for its customers.

 

First: Returns and Exchanges

1. Defective or Non‑Conforming Products

  • Return or exchange requests are accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or significantly differs from the description or displayed images.
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of receiving the product.
  • For smart locks, returns are accepted even if the packaging has been opened, provided the defect or mismatch is verified.
  • The product will undergo technical inspection before approval.

2. Non‑Defective Products

Return or exchange is accepted only if the product is:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • With intact packaging and all accessories included

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
The customer bears the shipping and return costs.

3. Shipping and Return Fees

  • If shipping was free, the customer will be charged:
    • 30 SAR shipping fee
    • 30 SAR return fee
  • If shipping fees were paid initially, only the return fee will be deducted.
  • Electronic or bank payment fees may be deducted, not exceeding 2% of the order value (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after product inspection within 14 business days.
  • Refunds can be processed through:
  • The same payment method
  • The store wallet
  • Bank transfer (with transfer fees deducted, if applicable)

 

Second: Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • No fees are charged if the customer cancels the order before shipping begins.
  • If order preparation has started, the store may deduct any operational costs incurred.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
  • In this case, the order is subject to the return policy above.

3. Cancellation of Special Orders

Special, customized, or project-based orders cannot be canceled or returned after approval or once execution has begun.

 

Third: Order Modification Policy

1. Modifying the Order Before Shipping

Orders may be modified (product, address, pickup method) before shipping, depending on availability.
Price differences or new delivery timelines may apply.

2. Modifying the Order After Shipping or Installation

  • Orders cannot be modified after shipping.
  • If installation has been completed, the customer cannot request modification or return unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.

 

Fourth: Installation and Return

  • If the product includes free installation and installation has already been completed, and the customer requests a return:
    A deduction of 150 SAR (installation fee) will be applied.
  • If the product is proven to not match the description before installation, no installation fees will be charged.

 

Fifth: General Provisions

  • The store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection before approval.

Disclaimer

This policy does not cover the following cases:

  • Misuse or negligence
  • Intentional breakage or damage
  • Battery depletion
  • Installation or maintenance by unauthorized parties
  • Issues caused by internet or application problems
  • Special or project-based orders

These cases fall under the approved warranty and maintenance policy.
